Just installed a kickstand from Amazon.com. It fits!
New leather vintage handle grip order for my bike has finally arrived!
Property inspection day. The house has lots of problems. Some major termite issues and damages all around the house, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Need quite a renovation for sure. Tenants still live in there, so things looking quite messy and greasy. Some good reasons to renegotiate with the seller.
New white sunglasses! For $1!
Parked the car. Radio tuned in to the right channel. Skye is sleeping on the back. Screen turned on just now. It’s dark. I have to shoot this with long exposure shot. Mr. Popper is gonna start any minutes.
Waiting in line to enter the drive-in cinema. Wow! Didn’t expect these many people tonight! I guess it’s movie night for everybody.
Skye petted and fed Cerio, a very friendly dog she just met at the park.
Las Palmas Park has some water play feature. And Skye likes it. She just jumped right in!
At Las Palmas Park with Skye. She tried out this steep slide, but got scared. A kind little girl, bigger than Skye, helped her, held her hand and slide together.
Loving her Mama so much (^_^).
Ready to her class with two ponny tails!
She found a big leaf when we were at the farmers market.
Checking with iPhone’s compass. The front of the house faces north. That means backyard gets all the good southern light.
Doing a drive-thru of house we are writing offer to. This is the side of the duplex for sale. A corner unit.
We wrote an offer for the house two days ago!
Facetiming with Skye from the office!
First day bike to work!
Hmm finally, after probably hundreds of condos and townhouses we’ve looked at, this is cool. Something looks more like a house. It’s more like a duplex actually. Only the right side is for sale. Should we write an offer?
Pushing cart all around Target.
At Mountain View farmers market.
Thousand of rocks. This must be like heaven for Skye, our little rock collector.
Ta-da!! Just bought a used bike from Craigslist today. Trek 7.2 FX, a commuter/road hybrid bike. Can’t wait to start biking to work! And need to find child seat attachment for Skye to bike with me (^O^).
Shopping extravaganza! Skye came back home from Target with a monkey pillow. And, yup, she was really really happy (^_^). Probably because this is her first time bringing home a stuff animal from the store herself. She even helped carry one of our groceries bag.
Just saw Dan and met Baby James for the first time. Such a friendly baby!
Doggie style nap? She got into this position from the beginning, and never moved for the whole nap!
Socks and shoes. Done!
The team!
Offsite lunch at Presidio Social Club. My plate: McFarlands Springs trout with asparagus, mushrooms and grilled lemon. Yummy!
Grab this shot on the way to the restaurant. Alcatraz Island and Palace of Fine Arts in the middle, far away there!
Best shot for team photo? Right on!
Team photos, shot using iPhone on the ground with self-timer function!
A really nice skylight at the museum.
The agenda of the offsite: Viewing the Pulp Fashion exhibition.
At Legion of Honor, San Francisco.
Nice view looking over the Golden Gate bridge.
Team offsite in SF today. Waiting for the rest of the team to arrive.
Just me and Skye, still waiting for Shin.
Me and Skye hanging around Redwood city, waiting for Shin to finish her accupunture appointment.
Morning time! She can brush teeth on her own now, at least 30% coverage probably (^_^).
I wonder where 811 will take me if I really call.
OPEN.
Walking and strolling to nearby pharmacy with Skye on this cold evening.
This “Got milk?” thing has got into junk too. Wow.
Skye loves playing in front of this 2nd floor glass window at Target.
We are at Target!
Hellooo! Anybody home???
On the floor, still at Joann’s.
She found a flamingo at Joann’s, but insisted that it is a goose.
At Mama Chen, a Taiwanese restaurant. Oyster pancake and beef noodle soup. Tasty only for the first few bites, not so good after that.
This is definitely not supposed to be June weather!
