New leather vintage handle grip order for my bike has finally arrived!

◀ Property inspection day. The house has lots of problems. Some major termite issues and damages all around the house, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Need quite a renovation for sure. Tenants still live in there, so things looking quite messy and greasy. Some good reasons to renegotiate with the seller.
